Stakeholder Satisfaction is an important element of the AGFMA. It is a key indicator that establishes if needs and expectations are being met. With the acknowledgment that Participating Agencies, subcontractors and the FMSP need good working relationships and understanding of the requirements of each stakeholder group to be able to provision a high quality, cost effective, safe outcomes and to be able to ensure that the full benefits of the AGFMA are realised.
This report is intended to summarise the responses from the survey including the key areas of current concern and priorities for the improvement strategy for the AGFMA from a subcontractor’s perspective.
