Club Registration changes commence 1 July 2017

30 June 2017

Changes to Club Registration, the conditional registration scheme for historic, left hand drive and street rod vehicles start on 1 July 2017.

Historic and left hand drive vehicles that have been modified from their original design can now participate in the scheme.

A rolling 30 year minimum vehicle age will now apply for historic and left hand drive vehicles and the requirement for participants to provide annual statutory declarations has been removed.

The changes will make the scheme easier to administer for clubs and make the scheme available to a wide range of vehicle enthusiasts.
