Applications that have been lodged for approval can be tracked throughout their assessment process to reaching a decision. As soon as application fees have been paid, an application is formally lodged and will be published online.

Land division applications
A land division application involves the movement or deletion of boundaries of land. An example of a land division application is subdivision of a property.
Applications lodged since 2003
This public register includes all land division applications that have been lodged since 2003.
This includes all applications that are lodged with either a local council or the State Commission Assessment Panel (SCAP).
Land division applications lodged prior to 2003
Land division applications lodged prior to 2003 are not available from this public register.

Land use applications
A land use application involves either building work or a change in land use. Examples of land use applications are constructing a new apartment block, erecting a new carport or converting a residential home to an office.

This public register includes land use applications that have been lodged with the State Commission Assessment Panel (SCAP) since 2010.

Application plans and documents
All applications are lodged with a baseline amount of documentation, as determined by the relevant act.
Decision and referral information available
Once a decision has been made on an applicaton, a copy of the Decision Notification Form (DNF) will be made available for download as soon as is reasonably practicable.
For applications lodged under the PDI Act 2016, a copy of referral responses will also be made available for download once received.
