Regional aviation funding
The South Australian Government has two funding sources for regional aviation.
Support Regional Aviation Program: Provides grants up to $100,000 for priority infrastructure upgrades at regional airports. Applications for Round 5 have been extended to Sunday 31st January 2021. Projects need to be shovel ready and capable of completion by the end of April 2021.

Remote Airstrip Upgrade Program: State Government may provide matching funding towards projects that have been successful in applying for funding under the Australian Government’s Remote Airstrip Upgrade Program (see below).
The Australian Government provides the majority of funding opportunities for airports located in regional and remote locations across several programs. Information about these funding opportunities can be found at https://www.business.gov.au/assistance/search
