Under the current COVID-19 circumstances, attendees must answer the following questions, prior to registering for the event.

If any of the below circumstances change prior to the event we ask that you please advise us prior to attending the venue. We will then arrange for a member of the project team to contact you at a suitable alternative time to discuss over the phone any questions you may have about the project.

In addition, if at any stage during or after attending the information session you begin to feel unwell relating to cold and/or flu like symptoms, we ask that you please notify us immediately.

Have you travelled to NSW, ACT or Victoria in the last 14 days? *

If the answer is “yes” are you exempt from quarantine, or any other requirements, in accordance with the Cross-border travel Direction? If the answer is yes then you are permitted on site. If the answer is no you will not be permitted on site.

Do you have any symptoms of a cold, flu or virus? * e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or loss or taste or smell (If the answer is “yes” you should seek medical advice and will not be permitted on site).

Have you come into “close contact” with anyone or have displayed cold, flu or virus symptoms or has been confirmed as having Covid-19? * i.e. family, household members, friends? (If the answer is “yes” you should seek medical advice and will not be permitted on site).
