Facilities Asset Management Information System (FAMIS)

The Facilities Asset Management Information System (FAMIS) is a program designed for processing works orders on breakdown, routine maintenance, minor works and small construction works.
It is used by our client agencies to initiate work requests. It provides information on scheduled work and a history of agreed costs. FAMIS allows some registered users to electronically request and track jobs, accept their physical completion and approve financial payment.
There are over 2,500 state-wide users of FAMIS from 33 Agencies, 2 Facilities Management Contractors and AGFMA staff.
In the 15/16 FY 226,445 jobs were created with a total value of claims in excess of $222m
For user access to the Facilities Management Information System (FAMIS), follow the link to complete the FAMIS User ID and Password Request Form [PDF].
