KEY FACTS:
  • 574 people have been seriously injured on South Australian roads during 2017, compared with 644 during 2016.


  • 37 people have been seriously injured in NOVEMBER 2017.


  • 24 serious injuries were males and 13 were females.


  • 28 were vehicle occupants, 8 were motorcycle riders and 1 was a cyclist.


  • In NOVEMBER 2017, there were 23 serious injuries in the country and 14 in Adelaide.


  • Of the 29 serious injury crashes in NOVEMBER 2017, 17 involved a single vehicle and 12 involved more than one vehicle.

  • 24 crashes involved a single serious injury and 5 involved multiple serious injuries.
