As the successful tenderer you have agreed to provide 15% of labour hours for the employment of apprentices, trainees, Aboriginal people (who must receive up to 2 of the 15 percentage points), local people with barriers to employment and towards up-skilling. To advise the contracting agency how you will meet this target, after you have calculated the Deemed Target Hours for the contract, please provide an estimate of the number of hours you will commit to each of the categories listed below.
