More than 1,000 South Australians took the nation-wide road safety pledge and signed the Australian Road Safety Foundation's inflatable car during April.
The campaign - Fatality Free Fridays - asked road users to make a pledge to themselves, their family and friends to drive safely and obey road rules.

Traffic lights will be upgraded at the intersection of South Road and Sir Donald Bradman Drive.
