Mannum Road safety improvements

16 Apr 2015

Safety for road users on the Mannum Road will soon be improved with resurfacing works commencing from Thursday, 16 April 2015.

The resurfacing works will include a total of 80 metres on the Mannum Road approximately 15 kilometres south of Mannum at the intersection of Wagenknecht and Rathjen Roads.

The work will be carried-out between 7.00 am and 5.30 pm, until the end of April, weather permitting. A 25 km/h speed restriction and some minor lane restrictions will apply when workers are on site, with a maximum 80km/h speed restriction in place until the pavement marking is complete.

The works are being carried out at a cost of $60,000 as part of the State Government’s Periodic Road Maintenance Program.
