The program evaluation included interviews with more than 50 people from across the APY and MT Lands. They were asked why the service was important to them and whether it improved road safety. The answer was a resounding 'yes'.

As of September 2023, the service has:

  • assisted more than 2,900 First Nations people
  • issued more than 1,111 learner permits
  • issued more than over 360 provisional licences.
