Restricted Fishing Vessels (Under 7.5metres)

These vessels operate in areas defined under Schedule 2 of the Harbors and Navigation Regulations 2009. They must be less than 7.5 metres in length and require a one off initial inspection by a DPTI Marine Surveyor. Safety Equipment as per pdfDoc the Safety Equipment Declaration form (99.5KB) must be carried.

pdfDoc Gas Compliance on Commercial Vessels (69KB)

This document must be completed for all commercial vessels carrying gas applicances. The owner is to declare that all gas appliances are still in good working order and have not been modified in any way since the issuance of a Gas Compliance Certificiate by the Office for Technical Regulator (OTR). Vessel owners will be asked to submit this form at each survey.
