All 248 Stage 1 Social Housing construction projects approved by the Commonwealth and awarded to contractors. The Commonwealth requires that South Australia complete 173 of these Stage 1 dwellings by 30 June 2010.

We are well on track to exceed this requirement.

Repairs and Maintenance

Social Housing repairs and maintenance projects approved by the Commonwealth and awarded to building contractors.

Nearly 500 homes will be upgraded with all work commencing in 2009 and completed by June 2010.
