The Facilities Manager is responsible to the Senior Facilities, Manager – SA Health for providing comprehensive, quality services to client agencies in accordance with the conditions and KPIs of the Government’s Facilities Management Services Contract. The Facilities Manager will be required to manage projects, works programs, planned and unplanned maintenance (including breakdown works), contractors and project teams. In addition the successful applicant will need to provide expert building advice and interpretation on technical and procedural matters, mediate and resolve disputes, identify, analyze and manage risk, conduct and report on selfaudits and contribute to the implementation and review of policies and procedures..
Essential Minimum Qualifications: An appropriate trade qualification or equivalent.
Special Conditions: May be located any where in the state. Intra and/or inter state travel resulting in overnight absences from home may be necessary. A current driver's licence is essential. Some out of hours work will be required and participation in an after hours oncall roster. This role has been classified as a position of trust. The incumbent is subject to a satisfactory criminal history/record check in line with departmental policies and procedures.

HR Consultant (Pool)

The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure is seeking to establish a pool of experienced HR consultants to provide expert consultancy services across the Department on a range of complex issues. The pool will operate for a period up to 29 May 2015 and successful candidates will be eligible for employment opportunities of up to 12 months duration. Duties to be undertaken include the provision of expert advisory and consultancy services to the Department on a range of human resource management issues.
Essential Minimum Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification.
