Help Desk Operator

The Help Desk Officer is accountable to the Manager Corporate Accommodation Services for: operating the DPTI Corporate Property Help Desk, which is the single point of first contact for customers; receiving, logging and prioritising and allocating work requests directing staff and service providers; coordinating the building security access control system and managing change requests; providing a range of other administrative and financial support services including the reconciliation of invoices against work requests.

Special Conditions: This role has been classified as a position of trust. The incumbent is subject to a satisfactory criminal history / record check in line with departmental policies and procedures. Some intra and interstate travel may be required necessitating overnight absences from home. Some out of hours work may be required.

Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager manages projects, works programs, contractors and project teams in the development and provision of total facilities management services at Modbury Hospital and associated health sites in accordance with the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA). The Facilities Manager also provides expert building advice and interpretation on technical and procedural matters in relation to, and in accordance with Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, government policy and relevant legislation.

Essential Minimum Qualifications: An appropriate engineering trade qualification or equivalent.

Special Conditions: Some out of hours work will be required and participation in an after hours on call roster. A current driver's licence and willingness to drive is essential. This role has been classified as a position of trust. The incumbent is subject to a satisfactory criminal history/record check in line with departmental policies and procedures.

Senior Asset Accountant

Manager Business Systems and Improvement

Transport Safety Compliance Officer

The Transport Safety Compliance Officer (Passenger Transport) is responsible for a multi modal range of activities associated with the conduct of vehicle and taxi inspections, in accordance with Agency guidelines; ensuring that restricted access vehicles and other vehicles operating under exemption are roadworthy and comply with permit, code of practice and gazette notice conditions/specifications; enforcing and deterring actions where vehicles and taxis are operating in breach of relevant legislation, Agency policies, procedures and guidelines; the incumbent may be required to undertake compliance duties in other regulatory fields, including marine.

Essential Minimum Qualifications: Certificate IV In Government (Statutory Compliance) or equivalent.

Special Conditions: Operational responsiveness necessitates work around the State. Occasional intrastate travel and work outside of normal hours, at weekends and public holidays will be required. A current class “C” driver’s licence is required. Hours of work are 152 hours over a four week period, which may be worked on an irregular shift basis over the 24 hour day, seven days per week including public holidays. Must wear Agency uniform when required. The incumbent is subject to a satisfactory criminal history / record check in line with departmental policies and procedures. The incumbent must be suitable to be appointed as an Authorised Officer / Inspector under relevant State and Commonwealth Acts.
